Why Articles 2(6) and 132(1)(c)(iii) should be read together
Kenya becomes bound by a treaty → Article 2(6) incorporates the treaty into Kenyan law → the State acquires implementation obligations → Article 132(1)(c)(iii) requires the President to report annually to the National Assembly on progress in fulfilling Kenya's international obligations.
